My career aspirations vary
from interactive psychotherapy to neuropsychology, I would love to further my
research on these specific areas of psychology so I can narrow my path and make
a decision. The criteria for decision
making will be job availability in my area, competitive salary and an
organization that I can believe and feel good about. I am not just looking for a paycheck, I want
to LOVE my work, and I am willing to put in the hard work that is necessary to
earn my money. In addition to loving my work, and earning enough money, I also
want to research work environment and benefits, everything will count and have
a weighted impact on my decision.
Hello Belinda,
ReplyDeleteFirst off, I want to thank you for sharing your story here in our online class of LBSU 302. I'm so happy and glad to see another fellow Psychology major here at Brandman. I am a little jealous because I think your Blog post is amazingly formatted and displayed greatly. My blog is all boring and straight forward. :P I am so glad to hear that you are interested in the specifics of psychotherapy and or neuropsychology. That is actually quite interesting, because in many ways those to dynamics of psychology is what initially interested me into the field and career. I just want to say that the fact that your an amateur pphotorapher is amazing! I can definitely relate to that, It was actualy something I wanted to do as a career when I was little, things change ofcorse, but I too love photography and have my own DSLR, flash, tripod, etc. It's quite fun and amazing if you know what your doing with the camera. My father was actually a professional photographer for about 15 years of his younger life. He worked for National Geographic, Time Magazine, and LA Times, even had his own studio at point in his life. I believe your aspirations and life goals are so inspiring and genuine. I know you'll do great things in this life. Look forward to reading your future posts and collaborating with you.
